Happy Birthday Joanna. May you have the bestest day ever. Don't do anything I wouldn't do ( unless I am invited LOL ).

Happy Birthday Dear Dutchie may you have the bestest day out and get thoroughly spoilt.

You are one sweet lady who I am truly blessed to have as a friend and am so thankful you started off JUN because I have made sweet friends/ extended family because you had a vision.

Happy Happy Birthday!! I nearly missed this!!

Hope there's a grand piece of cake with your name on it (in white icing, of course).

Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes I worked today. It was a good day but it still is not fun to have to work on one's birthday but what the heck, I'd rather have a job than stay home. We'll hit the lake tomorrow and go to the marina for lunch. Invited my parents to join us. They would have to drive to the marina because they won't go on the boat. But they like to eat there. They don't know yet, depends on how Mom feels tomorrow. Her nausea has pretty much disappeared over the past couple of days. She still feels tired and fatigued. Tuesday is the abdominal ultrasound so were narrowing it down.

I'm beginning to think depression. She definitely has some of the symptoms. I talked to one of the psychiatrists at work about it today. He agreed it could be depression and was glad to hear that I had snuck Zoloft in on her. He said 12.5 for a week, then 25, for a week then 50. I said that's exactly what I've done. She's almost done with the 12.5mg. He said in the elderly it can take 6-8 wks to see an appreciable difference. I was glad to have seen him because he specializes in geriatrics. She thinks it's a BP pill. Otherwise she would NEVER take it.

I think her past (WWII) experiences, family issues, dealing with being elderly and realizing she could die soon has finally all hit her. She said she felt like she couldn't turn her mind off.

I need to get a paper done tonight so I'm going to get off to get it done.

Later......
