Default Needles now "change automatically" umm?

Nurse keeps using same needle for 2 months because she thought they automatically were changed? ummmmmmmm

so I do not know why I put that in quotes in the title it is not in the article but she must have been thinking that Dont know where else she could have thought it was ok to reuse the some one over and over again.

OMGosh even if it 'supposedly' changed the needle out itself ummmm at some point in time would not the system need changing? I mean HELLO!!
