Default Study Tips for NCLEX Takers

"The amount of effort required to pass the NCLEX varies between students. There is no magic formula that students can get plugged into to pass the NCLEX test. Consequently, some students may be able pass without reviewing any reference materials, and other will buy 5-7 reference guides and attend NCLEX review courses that are extremely expensive. Obviously, it is foolish to take the NCLEX without any review of potential questions and NCLEX content. The application fee and a failing score simply add up to frustration". Check it out:

I think that #1 is what got me to pass the test. I couldn't afford review classes, so I went over the practice tests I had made for myself (with each chapter I had read), went over a couple of workbooks that had practice questions in them, and simply went in and took the last paper-and-pen test ever given. It also helped to stay away from people who were out of their minds with fear and anxiety before the test. Such attitudes are contagious,

In NCLEX it is best to have more time on practice tests, to get you acquainted with NCLEX type questions. And in choosing which questions are good for it, more nurses say Kaplan questions are great because of the degree of difficulty.
